As a TLC licensee you will be authorized to use our brand name & trademarks and be able to sell our soft serve. Our product is very unique, in that it is made fresh daily and is all natural. Our dairy fresh mix is low fat, low carb, lower calorie, and kosher. We offer more than 25 USDA Organic flavors, which are blended into our naturally-delicious mix. We DO NOT use corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. It just doesn't get any better.
The location of a TLC store is critical. Many factors contribute to an ideal site. We look for sites with high traffic, good visibility from main streets and intersections, good signage potential, and nearby traffic generators such as movie theaters or office/housing complexes. Size for a full service store range from 400 to 700 sqf, while for a self service store will be between 1,000 to 1,200 sqf.

We do not charge any fees or royalties, period.
Your investment will range between $170,000 and $220,000 for a full service store and around $300,000 for a self service store.
Your initial investment covers construction costs, fixtures & furnishing, architect fees, a complete equipment package and 30 days inventory.
We have our own contractor that will guide you through the process from start to finish. It will be a one stop deal. We will provide guidance and support during the process and right through to the grand opening.
Training consists of hands-on training in our flagship store. The training program touches on all facets of shop operations including product preparation, business philosophy, hiring and training, inventory control, sanitation, employee relations, and serving the customer. You will receive an operations reference manual to help you run your location efficiently.
The initial term of our licensee is five years. We look forward to building relationships with our licensees and welcome renewals beyond the initial term.
